OTHER OLIVE OILS HAVE A 4:1 RATE - AS ALWAYS, THE COLD PRESSING WAS PERFORMED WITH GREAT CARE TO ENSURE MAXIMUM TASTE AND HIGH AMOUNTS OF VITAMINS AND ANTIOXIDANTS Like wine, olive oil is made from different olive varietals. Depending on the variety, the way the trees are grown, the degree of maturity of the olives collected, special flavours are obtained. Have you ever tried fresh olive oil extracted from unripe olives? Less oil is obtained, but the result is a beautiful fully bodied greenish aromatised olive oil, an unforgettable experience to the palate and to the senses. Our family takes attention to every step on the olive oil production from the way we grow our trees in the hills of Spata in Greece to the cold extraction, bringing to you an extra special virgin olive oil.
